You can edit the name and date of birth of any member on your RxSmartSaver+ Plan by logging in to RxSmartSaver+ and opening your account profile from the menu on the upper right. In the “Plan members” section, click “Edit” next to the member you wish to change. Click “Update” to save any changes you’ve made to your member information
