Once you’ve registered for RxSmartSaver+, you can add up to five additional members (family, friends, or even pets) on one plan. You can add or remove members at any time in your account page.

All members added to your plan use the same RxSmartSaver+ membership card, and they do not need separate accounts. When picking up a prescription, be sure to select the appropriate member's name from the dropdown menu on the top right of your RxSmartSaver+ membership card. If a family member visits the pharmacy independently, they can show a screenshot of the member card to the pharmacist.
