If you didn't receive your verification code, make sure you're checking the email address that's connected to your RxSmartSaver+ account. We also recommend checking your spam and junk mail folders, and looking for the email on one of your other devices. If this doesn’t work, use the link on the verification page to request a new code.
If you’ve received a verification code and it’s not working, make sure you entered the same 6-digit verification code that was sent to you. Try re-entering the verification code, exactly as it appears in the email. If you continue to experience difficulty, use the link on the verification page to request a new code.
